Researchers in Project Zero note that each of us possesses the genius capacity, though it is most visibly demonstrated by individuals who bring forth groundbreaking ideas, transformational thinking, and innovative movements that drive social change. Their visionary contributions elevate and propel us to new heights of living, reshaping how we think, act, and evolve.
You have genius capacity.
We each receive information in different modalities—auditory, visual, kinesthetic, intuitive, etc. The key to our genius capacity is what we do with the information we receive.
Can we develop a variety of thinking strategies that allow us to externalize or perform our learning?
Can we explore, compare, and expand our viewpoints?
Can we say, “I used to think… Now I think…”
Those who have a fixed mindset do not believe they can change. Those who have a growth mindset get smarter and expand their genius capacity. In doing so, we become more alert to the moment to act on the opportunity it presents.
Researchers in Project Zero discovered:
- 99% of babies (including you and me) operate at a genius capacity during the first 18 months of life.
- By age five, only 22% of us still function at the genius level.
- By the age of twenty, that number drops to just 2%
What happened to our genius capacity?
Their research revealed that the suppression of our capacities and the disconnection from our Genius Self occur through the learned voice of internal judgment. As a result, we begin to doubt ourselves and question our abilities. We look to others for validation, approval, and permission to be who we truly are.

- Tune into yourself.
- Fully embody your wisdom.
- Expand your perspective to deepen understanding.
- Share your passion with others.
- Find joy in every moment.
- Believe in the power of your dreams.
Your genius is always within you, waiting to be awakened.
